The City of North Salt Lake is installing new sidewalk on the south side of Center Street from Orchard Drive to 340 East. Children will be able to walk to school using this sidewalk to reach Orchard Dr, where they can cross at the signal light with a crossing guard. As we hope to have the sidewalk in for the 2025-26 school year, we need to meet with residents that are affected.
- Sidewalk will be placed within the public right-of-way (no property purchase required)
- Transitions for driveways and yards will require a temporary construction easement
